Threadhopping: I have no big issues with this, though please use common sense and don't interrupt something that looks like it should remain between two characters. If in doubt, you can throw me a PM or AIM message to ask. Or drop a line here.
Fourthwalling: Nay, definitely no touhou knowledge fourth walling, but it's okay for your character to know about her through the legend of Kaguya-hime.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm hard to offend, really, but use some common sense.

Hugging this character: You can try, sure, but she might ward you off depending on CR.
Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: If you want to try, sure.
Fighting with this character: Sure, why not?
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): It's fine. It'll all be temporary for her. Just keep in mind she's not just going to stand there and take it, though, so she might dodge depending on how the blow is delivered...
Killing this character: She can't die permanently, so you can try (at best, "killing" her only incapacitates her)... but, again, she's not going to stand there and take it.
If you want to somehow perma-kill her, then no. Sorry.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'd prefer no, but you can ask.

None, really. Kaguya's a strange person but the worst she might do is troll you a bit depending.
